Login & Security

Go to the Login page and enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and password. You can also choose OTP login — enter your mobile number, receive a one-time code via SMS, and enter it to access your account without a password. OTPs expire after 60 seconds. A two-factor authentication step is included by default on every h333 login for your security.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and h333 will send a reset OTP. Enter the OTP, choose a new password, and you are back in. Check that you are entering your mobile number in the correct format (03XX XXXXXXX). OTPs can occasionally be delayed by one to two minutes due to network load — wait before requesting another.
