When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information: your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth. h333 uses this information for account verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes. Providing false information constitutes fraud and will be treated accordingly.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your username, password, and OTP codes. h333 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication. Any activity conducted from your account — including bets placed and withdrawals initiated — is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify h333 support immediately via live chat.
h333 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions on the platform are denominated in PKR — there are no currency conversion fees and no foreign exchange charges applied to deposits or withdrawals. Accepted payment methods for Pakistani players include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your h333 balance in real time for Easypaisa and JazzCash transactions. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Before your first withdrawal, h333 requires identity verification (KYC) to be completed — this involves uploading a clear image of your CNIC and a selfie. This is a one-time process that protects your account and complies with anti-money-laundering obligations. Once KYC is verified, subsequent withdrawals do not require re-submission unless your details change.
VIP Club members benefit from elevated withdrawal limits and faster processing: Gold tier members may withdraw up to Rs 2,00,000 per day; Platinum members up to Rs 5,00,000 per day; and Diamond members have no daily withdrawal ceiling. Standard members have a daily withdrawal limit of Rs 50,000.

The general bonus principles that apply across all h333 promotions are as follows: bonuses may only be claimed by the account holder personally; one bonus per promotion per person per household; bonuses may not be transferred between accounts; and any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, abuse of promotion mechanics, or collusion with other players will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.
Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must meet any stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be bet before it converts to withdrawable cash. Games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — sports bets at odds below 1.50 may contribute 0%, while all qualifying bets at odds of 1.50 or above contribute 100% unless otherwise stated. Cricket betting follows standard international cricket betting rules — matches abandoned due to weather, inadequate overs, or other external factors are settled according to DLS method outcomes or voided where no result is possible under the applicable rules. For PSL specifically, h333 uses official PSL match results as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
Bets are void if: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond 24 hours of the original scheduled start time; the event begins and is abandoned before the minimum completion threshold; or an obvious pricing error occurred on h333's side. In the case of obvious errors, h333 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. "Obvious error" means odds that any reasonable person would recognise as materially incorrect — for example, a clear favourite priced at 50.00 due to a technical fault.
Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits vary by sport, event, and market type and are displayed within the betting interface. h333 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close the account of any member who is found to be placing bets in a pattern indicative of arbitrage, match-fixing-related activity, or coordinated bonus abuse. Esports bets are subject to the same general settlement rules, with tournament-specific rules applied for player death, server crashes, or format changes decided by tournament organisers.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on h333 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account — whether in your own name or using fictitious or borrowed identities
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access promotions, or interact with any h333 game or market
- Placing bets with prior knowledge of the outcome (insider information) or in coordination with any individual or group involved in match-fixing or spot-fixing
- Exploiting technical errors, display glitches, or software bugs in h333's platform for financial gain
- Abusing bonus systems through coordinated multi-account activity, account sharing, or collusion with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially
- Using h333 for money laundering — including cycling funds through the betting system with minimal gambling activity to obscure the origin of funds
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your h333 account credentials to any other person
- Using payment methods not registered in your own name to fund your h333 account
h333 reserves the right to investigate any account it suspects of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, account access, deposits, and withdrawals may be restricted. Investigations are conducted confidentially and h333 is not obligated to disclose the details of its investigation methodology.
h333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for violations of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, suspected breach of applicable law, or any activity h333 considers potentially harmful to the platform or other users. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, h333 is required by its compliance obligations to freeze the account and retain funds pending investigation — funds may be remitted to relevant authorities if required.
You may close your h333 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before account closure, any pending bets will be settled, any balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, and bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited. Account closure does not affect any obligations already incurred under these terms — for example, if h333 identifies a bonus abuse issue after closure, it may still pursue recovery of any misappropriated amounts.

Any unauthorised use of the h333 brand — including creating imitation sites, fake promotional materials, or impersonating h333 on social media — is a serious infringement and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels. h333's collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on h333 you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits h333's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These exclusions are the maximum extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law.
h333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, h333 will notify registered members by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications or corrections that do not materially alter your rights may be made without prior notice, though the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
Your continued use of h333 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using h333 and contact support to close your account before the changes take effect. All funds will be returned to you following the standard withdrawal process upon closure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and betting platforms operating in the context of Pakistani users.
